Roshun Phipps is proud to say that he is a husband and father of 4 wonderful children as well as a Texas Trial Lawyer who focuses his practice on workplace injuries, refinery explosions, construction accidents, catastrophic personal injuries, 18-wheeler crashes, auto collisions, maritime and nursing home claims. Prior to becoming an attorney, Roshun worked nights as a warehouse worker and forklift operator. Having worked in this environment, he saw many instances where productivity was placed at a higher value than safety. Having seen so many occurrences where people were harmed by the negligence of big companies, Roshun was inspired to go back to school to become a lawyer. Roshun took on a new challenge by enrolling in law school at South Texas College of Law – Houston. Roshun worked 10-hour days to provide for his family while attending law school at night as a part time student. Roshun is no stranger to hard work and from the start of his law practice has continued to roll up his sleeves to focus time and energy toward fighting for the rights of his clients. Roshun has represented people in injury cases throughout the state of Texas. When not practicing law, Roshun enjoys serving in and giving back to his local community and spending time with his family.
